We offer cardio, fundamental and kickboxing classes that are a combination of boxing on the bag and body weight resistive training on the floor. In 45 minutes, you'll get that heart pumping and calories burning. Use six key punches on the bag and build strength and agility through floor work. Designed for all skill and fitness levels.
The 45-minute cardio class is a combination of boxing on the bag and resistive training on the floor. With a total of 9 rounds you'll get that heart pumping and calories burning. Use six simple punches on the bag and build strength and agility through floor work.
The 45 minute fundamental class is a combination of footwork and shadow boxing skills, throwing optimal punches on the bag and some conditioning training to keep the heart rate up and sweat dripping down.
The 45 minute kickboxing class gets the legs involved to get an high intensity full body workout. Coming soon!
