1 : 1 TRAINING
1 hour or 45 minute training sessions with a coach selected for you to best fit your goals. With your membership, we keep you accountable and help with nutrition, meal planning, and customized homework workouts.
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
The same benefits as our 1:1 training sessions, except your sharing the time with 3-5 other members. You still work on your specific goals and receive a customized workout every session.
PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR RESULTS
We offer the best in personal training and group fitness with no memberships required and zero hidden fees. You pay for the training you choose, not for a crowded gym you don't use. We offer a variety of programs to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
We help you build healthy habits and break those not so healthy habits to help you accelerate your progress in the gym. You will work 1-on-1 with your coach during this 30 minute session to work through any struggles you face with nutrition.
Can’t make it into the gym? No problem! We utilize our Core Progression app to provide you with customized workout plans and our nutrition coaching to assist you with your goals. Ideal for anyone who is already proficient with exercise.
Core Progression believes that everyone should have the opportunity to work with a great trainer. Our personal trainers are degree-certified fitness experts with proven experience meeting each client’s needs through individualized training programs and total body wellness education.
